How can I see onion skin across all frames

I am trying to edit the 3rd frame and would like to see the prior 2 frames onion skin. However I only see the previous one (frame 2). Is it possible to see also the 1st frame?

Click and drag the edge of the [ ] brackets that appear and you can make it longer.

I have been doing this in .20. Maybe a bug?. I updated to .25 and works fine. Thanks so much!
