How do I colour drop outside the window?

I’m on 1.3-rc6-x64 and I cannot for the life of me figure out how to color drop outside of the canvas as added in 1.3-beta1 and demonstrated in https://twitter.com/aseprite/status/1397596285587410956

How do I do this?

If anyone else comes where with the same question, the answer is right click and hold on the color and then drag your cursor off of the window to what you wanna color drop.
