How do i flip a sprite - Left and Right facing Sprite

I’m just getting started with aseprite and I was wondering how I could flip my sprite over to the right or left?

Flip entire canvas: Sprite > Rotate Canvas > Flip Canvas Horizontal
Flip a selection in one cel or in a group of cels: Select what you want to flip, Edit > Flip Horizontal
