How do I flip some sprites from bottom right to top left and vice versa?

How do I do this fast and simple as possible without having to redraw everything?

Edit > Flip Horizontal, then Flip Vertical.
If you want the same mirrored look as in your example, copy the layer first, and apply these transformations to it.

You can also create this look from the start when drawing a new sprite, by enabling symmetry mode and using both horizontal and vertical symmetry at the same time. You may first need to enable View > symmetry options for the symmetry mode buttons to appear.
