I want to create a larger line, pixel perfect, that does NOT connect. So instead of 1 px, 2px or larger, without connecting. Example shown below in green. I tried to make this, and it connects (red) and doesn’t look like a pixel perfect line. I don’t get how people do this without the overlap?
What do you mean by “larger”? do you mean when your image is scaled up so 1 pixel a 2x2, 3x3, NxN square instead of 1x1? Because when you increase your brush size, you’re painting with a larger square, which overlaps more area than a 1x1. The only way to get the first look is by using 1x1 and then scaling it up, or by fixing it manually.
I mean a pixel perfect line with a larger brush size. So 2x2, 3x3, etc. Bigger line, no overlap. You can do it manually yourself one click at a time. I wasn’t sure if there’s a way Aseprite can do pixel perfect larger lines
nope, aseprite does not have a way of doing such, but out of curiosity why the ask?
cause from my POV theres no point doing such, you can just upscale the artwork at the export option if you need it to b ebigge,r and unless its a joke, you dont see 2 wide “pixel perfect” lines in most styles out there.
