How should I save my project for it to keep all the information (layers,frames,…) and also being easy to open (like PNG which can be seen on every computer or smartphone).

To keep all information use .ase or .aseprite format.
To show your work to others make collages and animations, then export them to .png and .gif formats.
To edit your work everywhere grab your Aseprite application with you.
