I need help with drawing a lot of things, and one of the things I need the most immediate amount of help with is drawing expressions, just facial expressions first, then I want to move on to animating a character that I already have drawn out more or less, then I want to move on to making more and more characters.
It could be helpful to know what type of style you are going for, ie are the characters 16x16 or 64x64. Are you asking for face portraits or on a full character. Is this for top-down, 2D platformer, art concept or other?
remember that a facial expression like that is not just the mounth but the eyes too, and if you are working in a big enough resolution, its the whole face, try to do those faces in front of a mirror, see what moves.
