How to move the selection of multiple layers / frames / cels at the same time with the arrow keys?

Steps:

  1. Select a region in the canvas,
  2. Then select a range of cels/layers/frames in the timeline,
  3. Finally click in the selection, and
  4. You can use arrow keys to move it.

At the moment (something to fix in a future version) the final result will be displayed when the selection is drop (Enter key is pressed or the OK button in the context bar).
