How to Reference and Flip a Sprite from a Previous Frame in Aseprite to Avoid Duplicates?

Hi everyone, in Aseprite, I can use Shift + H to flip the sprite in frame 2, but this means I need two separate sprites for that animation. Is there a way to make frame 2 refer to the sprite in frame 1 and just flip it? My goal is to reduce duplicate sprites, as they only need to rotate or flip.
