You can create a new Loop (View > Set Loop Section) or a new tag (Frames > Tags > New Tag), click the tag to see its properties, and then select the “Reverse” animation direction:
In case that you want to reverse the frames themselves, you can select a range of frames and then Frames > Reverse Frames menu option:
