How to use the mouse wheel to make a little change in color

I use the mouse wheel to change color , v in hsv.
But Change once,the value too large.( 10 value changed).
How can I change the value only 1 .

What OS and Aseprite version are you on? You can check the version in Help > About.

My scrollwheel changes the value by 1 (on Windows 10 and 1.2.15). If you’re on the same version, then perhaps the scrollwheel speed settings in your OS affect how much it changes (I don’t think it should though)?
