in other versions, when I searched an .ase file within Aseprite itself, it would show me its contents. Now, it only shows an icon of a sheet with eyes. Is there any way to fix this?
I believe this is what you are looking for? Aseprite - Thumbnails . For me it works just fine even when browsing in the program.
