omori vibes, even thought i dont particularly think 1 bit is a very good medium for very detailed animation, for what you had to work with this is pretty incredible man.

I agree with you, but since I have fun making 1-bit art, what limits me are my current skills. I’m glad you liked it!

oh trust me if you can do this you can handle a few colors, you got a rock solid foundation, but if you are uncorfortable with it maybe start chaing you 1-bit palette, insted of blakc and white, try some saturated grays and use their completementary color as a slightly saturated white, there are tons of 1-bit palettes in lospec if you dont have much color theory down, thought trust me its easier than it sounds.

I draw in black and white because I have more fun that way, I have colored drawings, but lately I don’t want to have to deal with HUE, color theory and color wheel. And I’m focusing on contrast only.

I’m glad you’re curious! This piece took me approximately 14 hours to make. It was quite a lot of work.

If I could do it, you can too. But we have to practice and be patient; animating frame by frame is all about that.
