I’m trying to use Snap To Grid and it seems that it uses the lowest right point of the brush
example: if I have a 8 pixel wide brush it will select the grid touched by the lowest right point.
Personally I wish it affted the cursor position.
Could this be a new setting or change ?
I just came across this issue too. It places the ink in the square that has its top-left corner closest to the cursor. This is very unintuitive. It should instead place the ink in the square that has its center closest to the cursor. Please consider fixing
Looks solved in Aseprite v1.3.2! I commented on Snap brush center to grid · Issue #723 · aseprite/aseprite · GitHub which is still open, waiting for confirmation. Maybe they wanted an option to choose between different modes, or a proper snapping on the brush preview itself (which would also be nice)?
