Is it possible to add color to the buttons of a toolbar created by a script?

I use the button toolbar in my script.
Is there any way to add color to the button using Lua script or API as shown in the image?

hi, i don’t think it is possible. api documentation doesn’t mention that and i think the buttons and the rest of a gui are just using colours from theme.
