Link Empty Cells

Whenever there’s a linked cell and you remove every last pixel in it, the group of cells become empty (as they should), but also stop being linked. It’d be nice if they stayed linked because sometimes I want to just erase everything in the cells to do a clean copy/paste on them

So, here’s an example of what I’m talking about

To keep the cells linked I usually draw a single pixel on them like this:

I mean, it’s not a big deal or anything but gets kind of annoying, especially if I’m going to keep track of multiple cells.

i second this feature request and add following:
let us create new (empty) layer with all cels linked across all frames too.

sometimes i need to add something to already finished animation and this feature would be very useful.
