Missing timeline bar

Hi! after update aseprite to the 1.2.21 version, I noticed that the timeline config bar and the layers names desapere. Did I turned off or something? Can someone help me? I love the software and use all the time

I’ve published a solution here: I think that after fixing #2436 resizing the window might bring some of these problems

This issue should be fixed in v1.2.21, but it might be a problem after closing v1.2.20.
