Moving all layers at once? (Transform/Shift)

I want to move all layers at once to keep the image together, how do I do that? Is it possible?

In GIMP for example I’d link all the layers together with a button so they’d move together, but the LOCK option here doesn’t seem to do that.

If you hold shift to select multiple layers, you can use the Move tool to move them all at once. You can also create a layer group containing all layers and select that group to move them the same way.
