Does anyone know if the program has a way to simplify the color palette?
You can simplify the image by reducing its color palette. To do this, press the Sprite > Color Mode > Indexed, then if you remove any color from the palette it will remove it from the sprite. It might be better to make your palette and use a non-contiguous bucket tool to swap the colors.
