the bucket tool is currently ignoring all pixels I drew in my sprite, basically every time I try to fill in a circle or anything I do, it fills the entire sprite, i have tried everything to fix it up, however, nothing is working, i am kind of new so I must have pressed wrong shortcut, considering that before it happened I was trying to turn on the grids by Shift + CTRL + apostrophe, my keyboard is in Spanish, it took me a while to figure out which key bind was the apostrophe and as a result, i started pressing lots of keys, if someone has a solution for that, it would be very appreciated since I couldnt find any on the internet nor here, saw someone with the same issue but he fixed it another way, thank you for reading
nvm guys, it somehow fixed itself
just realized it hasnt been fixed yet, it only works to replace colors of an entire object but if i try to fill in empty spaces it still keeps on filling the entire canvas, i forgot to mention that the bucket tool is also changing the colors of other objects in the same layer
Be sure to check the following settings:
Tolerance: this is the margin of difference within which the tool will select certain colors similar to the one selected on the canvas and then replace them with the desired color (primary or secondary).
Tolerance = 0 means “perfect color match”; higher tolerances will select the matching color and other similar colors on the canvas.
Contiguous:
- ON: paint only one connected figure. That is, figures isolated from the figure to be painted will not be painted.
- OFF: paint within the current selection (or all canvas if no selection) matching color and other similar within the tolerance.
Be sure about your working layer and the configuration:
Appreciate the help, it worked, i had the contiguous option turned off
