Hey there! i am new to this program, just brought it on steam (btw im confused by the price on the official site and steam, big difference.)
i just saw some post about aseprite not having framerate options but it had frame duration settings in milliseconds, is it possible to set a default? because i don’t want to change every single frames duration from 100ms to 33 or 16 every time i make one. thanks in advance!

If you are in other country (where you pay in your local currency instead of USD), the price might be a little different because Steam establish a default conversion/special price for each country.
Not at the moment, but you could create a template.aseprite file and create new sprites opening it and then using File > Save As option.
