I’ve bought asprite for windows but I didn’t get a download link? Humble bundle did send me an email with a receipt but there is no obvious download link on it. Please help, I don’t want to buy it again what do I do.
Hi @Slamy_JamJam, after your purchase your should receive two emails, one with the receipt and other with the subject “Your Aseprite order is ready” which contains your link to download Aseprite:
Anyway we’ll send you your personal link from support@aseprite.org just in a minute in case that you don’t find this email in your Spam folder.
I am having this same issue. I got the receipt email 15 minutes ago but still have but received the download email. Is there normally a delay between the two like this?
