Only one pixel is being place at a time/no strokes

My tablet + pen is only placing one pixel everytime I put it down. It’ll select that pixel then move it when I try to stroke.

It’s not the pen’s fault because strokes work in Windows Paint. It’s not aseprite because the mouse works. IM SO LOST HELP.
