Palette Panel change to the right side option?

Hello, I am drawing with my pencil, and I am a left-hand user. I have a lot of difficulties to use the software. My left hand always changes, in inadvertence, the color at random times when I am sketching. Is there a way to switch the left and the right sidebar?

No currently there is no way to do this, but dockable and movable elements is planned. You can thumbs up this issue if you have a github account to help give it a higher priority.
