Payment went through, but no product

I recently tried to buy Aesprite but the transaction failed, and it said my credit card was declined.

but to my surprise I found that I was still charged for this on my CIBC account under the email pajamajack43@gmail.com, being 27 dollars Canadian, but did not get an email or anything of the sort for the actual product

I would like to request a refund and instead purchase it on steam, as it is a much more safe way for me to buy software,
