Popup windows gets big automatically

When I go to use the Replace color feature, the Replace Color window resizes automatically when I’m done using it, until I found out how bigger it was when using it a little more. One time it filled the entire Aseprite window.

Affects v1.3-beta16-x64.
Also affects default theme.

I have the same problem - when i select the the “Replace Color” Option, the Popup-Window is displayed in full screen and i have to resize it manually every time, too get a look on my canvas…
Is there any solution for this problem?
