Hello.
I’m trying to recover a file but when I try to hit the button to open the recovery folder, the program freezes up, and I’m forced to close it, thus not bein gable to access it.
I already sent a compressed zip file of the session’s folder found in the internals and sent it to support, but I won’t be able to get any response back from them until Monday at the soonest, and there’s a chance they might not be able to help.
Is there a way to access this folder other than at the home page? Or is there something that might be causing an issue I need to fix? Thank you.
