When you select something with a marquee tool, the selection has this animated 1 pixel thick black & white outline around it. Currently, this outline is inside the selection, covering the outermost pixels slightly (entirely when zoom is 100%), I would like this outline to instead be just outside the selection. Often I’ll invert a selection while making sure I didn’t miss anything because it’s much easier for me to look at.

I don’t know how to turn this off either, paint.net has a selector you can see through that is just a line and will go in between pixels. There has to be a way
