Random dark squares and lines added to image after I save it and don't show in the program

I initially tried to upload the image to discord to be an emoji, but then I noticed the lines that appeared near the first “D”. I noticed the same block when I selected to upload here in the file previewer. These off colors don’t show in the program, but I can only upload one image at this time as a new user but will include it in a reply. I’m rather new to art, and these programs as a whole. I tried googling this but not sure what the issue actually is. I appreciate the help!

I figured it out! I can’t delete the post but I knew the colors looked slightly off, the areas around it are slightly different shade of gray I must have copied by accident.
