Request: Spritesheet Animation Preview

I used to work with iDraw3 and i am more used to work with the fullsheet view than Asprites singleframe view.
it would be helpful if there was a option to define animation frames by selecting areas in the sheet to see a animation preview of the side by side drawn characters.
In iDraw each selected area would be a frame in the animation preview. The selection Tool would even snap onto the grid with the ctrl-button hold down.

is it possible to implement a spritesheet animation preview?

This couldn’t be a proper spritesheet preview since Aseprite can apply a whole lot of different options during spritesheet export, some of which are incompatible with this view mode, but an option to display frames in a grid would be quite helpful, especially if actions could be carried out on multiple frames that way.
