[Resolved] How to reuse cells within a larger animation?

Hi all! I’m new to Aseprite so forgive me if this is a bone-head question.

I have a player character with 10 frames for the lower body (walk cycle) and 2 frames for the upper body (holding gun and firing).

My issue is that I want to avoid having to manually copy and paste the 2 frame upper body animation a bunch of times to “catch up” to the 10 frame animation. Is there a way to tell Aesprite “play frames 1 and 2 over and over until the end of the animation” rather than manually copying the frames?

Let me know if this question isn’t clear, and thank you for reading!

You can try using linked cels. It makes them kinda copied across all the linked cels.

AhhhHhhh I got it! It was sorta tricky because it was two cells, so I had to select cells 1,3,5,7,9 and link them, then 2,4,6,8,10 and link those.

Big thanks for helping me out with this KashouC!
