Saving gifs should maintain loop tag repeat settings

One feature that I recently noticed about Aseprite and appreciated was that you can set a desired amount of times a portion of the animation will loop before it continues to the next part of your animation, as it spares me from having to create a bunch of duplicate linked frames for a short loop in my work.

However, this only seems to apply when previewing the animation within Aseprite itself, and exporting the animation as a gif simply ignores the loop tag settings altogether. It’s a bit inconvenient for some of my work.

Yes I agree! A follow up to this was created a while back along with other export functions: Create a File > Export... submenu · Issue #1252 · aseprite/aseprite · GitHub
