Self-compiled Aseprite commercial use and commercial use of palettes that come with Aseprite

Can I use Aseprite commercially if I self-compiled it? Also are the palettes that come with Aseprite able to be used commercially (Also self-compile)?

the self compiled version is open source, and you cant relly trademark fucking palettes, only color systems so im pretty sure you can.
