"Show Dynamics" doesn't work

Tried assigning this function in keyboard shortcuts but it doesn’t seem to work.

The ‘dynamics’ menu will only be shown with the keyboard shortcut if the active tool has ‘dynamics’.
So, if any of the following cases occur, the dynamics menu will not be shown:

  1. If the active tool does not have the ‘dynamics’ property.
  2. If a modifier (for example ‘ALT’) was chosen for the shortcut, this could switch to a tool that does not have dynamics and will not show the ‘dynamics’ menu.

I think case 2 should be fixed somehow.
