Snap to grid when moving objects not working

Hey there,

When I move an object I can’t make it snap to the grid (with snap to grid turned on obviously). I read that I have to use the Alt/Option key, but it doesn’t work either…none of the modifier keys. What’s worse it seems I can’t move objects with the cursor keys either? I can’t quite imagine that’s by design, but effectively I can’t work with any kind of precision.

Am I missing something?
I’m on the latest release on a Mac.

Works with me, I’m on a Mac and if I hold ALT down while moving, it’ll snap to the grid.

Actually @maximespace , I see what you mean - it doesn’t work with the MOVE tool, it only works when you make a selection around with something with a marquee tool, and THEN move it still using the marquee tool.
