Spritesheet exports and frame duration + looping

So, after alot of tweaking ive finally finished my idle animation. But my animation involves heavy use of frame duration, looping and alot of stuff that would be very hard to replicate with just duplicating frames and removing loops and duration. Which wouldnt be a huge deal, but whenever I try to export as a spritesheet none of the options seem to format it in a way I can use in other programs such as godot with the proper timing and loops. Or if there is, I cant find it. any help in how one could go around doing this properly? (Windows, v1.3.15.4, ARM64)
