Steam is streaming Aseprite to my other computer

I bought Aseprite on steam a few years ago and have used it without problems until today. I think some sort of update happened on steam, and now when I start aseprite, it comes up on both my laptop and desktop at the same time. It’s also in fullscreen and captures the mouse, so I’m unable to move the mouse out of Aseprite to click in any other program. It has also copied the settings I set on my laptop which are unsuitable for my desktop.

How do I get Aseprite to work like it did before? I want to run on just one computer and not capture my input controls.

This is “Remote Play” Steam feature.
