I bought it nine days ago, still hasn’t come, I messaged support but they didn’t respond. I know it takes a couple of days but I feel like 9 days is quite a bit hah.
What method did you use to purchase Aseprite? I’d recommend sending a follow-up email and being patient.
Oh yeah, sorry, should’ve specified, just bought it off itch.io. And yeah, I was thinking of sending a follow up but then I read that they don’t deal with specific apps, but then also that I should contact them for this type of stuff, so I’m just kinda confused lol
