Hello. I have a question. How to Erase? I know go to edit and blah blah. But when i use eraser on anything (black color) it just transforms to gray. Please help
Can you post a screenshot of Aseprite with the file you’re working on open? It’ll help a lot to figure out what’s wrong.

That’s alright. ^^ The easiest way is to just use print screen, open a new file in aseprite, paste it, make sure it looks the way you want it to, then copy it again with Ctrl+C, come back here and press Ctrl+V in the text field and it will upload the image.
Ah, well right here in the screenshot the issue is that the Opacity of the eraser is set to 22. It should be set to 255 which is the max value. When it’s set to 22 it’s just erasing like 8% of the color value which will just turn black more grey.

OH MY GOD, THANK YOU! I’ve been struggling with that for two days, and I thought it was a bug.
