Cute! Is the red bit a heart? As a suggestion, I would recommend adding an eye highlight to the design and ensuring that the heart and exclamation marks are outlined consistently. Additionally, it is worth noting that black isn’t the only color you can use for outlines. You could use a dark version of the color, similar to how you did the neck.
