When you update to a new version of Aseprite is there a way to transfer previous settings, such as keyboard shortcuts? Or do you have to set those up all over again?
I’m updating from v1.2.40-x64 to v.1.3.15.4-x64 if that matters.

Settings should automatically just transfer over without any input whatsoever
Thanks for the quick reply.
That’s not what was happening for me, but I figured out what I did wrong. I’ll explain in case it helps someone else.
I confirmed the current version I was using was v1.2.40-x64. I logged into itch.io (where I originally purchased Aseprite) and looked for the latest version that also had the ‘-x64’ suffix. I downloaded that one (v.1.3.15.4-x64) and installed it. However, it didn’t replace or update my current version. I essentially just installed a second version of Aseprite on my computer. After seeing your reply, I figured I did something wrong and looked at the other download options again. This time I downloaded the ‘.exe’ file instead and that did the trick–updated my current version and kept all my settings.
Thanks for your help!
Glad to hear you figured it out n .. n
