Is there a way to transform a selection using scale? I have a selection that I need 400% bigger. Doing this my hand is proving to be very error prone. I can flip, rotate and shift but I can’t scale. I don’t need a smooth scale (i.e 423%). Just nice pixel increments (200%, 300%, 400%, etc).
