(v1.3-beta6-x64) Incorrect background color with Normal Map Color Wheel option

Steps to recreate:

  1. Click Options above palette
  2. Click Normal Map Color Wheel option

Current Behavior:

  1. If you click RGB Color Wheel or RYB Color Wheel options, the background color is the color for editor_face in theme.xml
  2. If you click Normal Map Color Wheel option, the background color is #8080ff

Expected Behavior:
If you click Normal Map Color Wheel option, the background color should be the color for editor_face in theme.xml
