ive been having this issue for a while where when i export a gif and put it into discord and twitch, a weird red/colored outline forms around the image when it is resized. the only way to fix it is to put it into ezgif, resize it using ImageMagick + coalesce. this is a pain and ive been trying everything to get it fixed but nothing seems to work.
