Just reduce the size of your brush, seems like you are attempting to draw a line like it’s made of single pixels while using a brush size of 4px.
no he wants “big pixel” which as always, theres nothing like that in this or any other program raster to my knowladge, just make with normal pixels and scaled it up using export my guy.
