hi there! usually you would load palette in gimp’s gpl format, since aseprite can’t generate a palette with more than 256 entries from image.

afaik there’s a lot of discussion over the actual rgb values of colours in cases like sega consoles, so i can’t comment on whether this is a proper palette or not.
